The following are some of the options Team Force can make available to you.

1. Temporary Placements
   Pay only for hours worked by the employee. We will take care of the taxes as well as the insurances. You would be under no obligation to pay social security, workmen’s compensation, Federal, or state unemployment taxes, liability, administrative, or advertising costs. Choosing this option effectively eliminates over 20% of your company payroll and administrative costs.
2. Temp to Hire
   Utilize our employees on a trial basis for 90 days or 720 hours. After the 90th day or 720th hour worked you may transfer the employee(s) onto your payroll. There may be a negotiated conversion fee.
3. Direct Hire Placements
   Only qualified candidates will be sent for interviews at no cost to you. If you decide to hire one of our candidates there is a one time fee based on the candidate’s annual salary. The fee is payable upon the employee’s start date. All Team Force direct placements carry a 30 day replacement guarantee.
